These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our online business education services, including the cohort-based and self-paced d.MBA program ("Services"). By purchasing or accessing these Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.
If any Service is temporarily unavailable, customers will be placed on a waitlist and notified when it becomes available again.

Live Calls & Content Updates
(Cohort-based d.MBA Only)
Live calls are available as per the cohort-based d.MBA calendar, which is shared during the application process.
d.MBA reserves the right to make changes to calls, including but not limited to:
Modifying, removing, or adding calls.
Changing call duration, timing, or hosts.
Students may record and store live calls for personal use. Official recordings will also be provided.
Application Process
(Cohort-based d.MBA Only)
To join the cohort-based d.MBA program, you must first express your interest by filling out and submitting an application form via the program’s official website. In the form, you’ll be asked a couple of questions to assess your fit for the program.
If we believe the cohort-based d.MBA program is the right match for you, you will be offered a spot in the program and invited to complete your enrollment. You’ll be given a specific deadline by which to confirm your participation. Your place in the program is only secured once payment is made—either in full or partially, in the case of installment financing.
We reserve the right to decline admission if we believe the program is not a good fit based on your goals, experience, or expectations.
Expulsion Policy
(Cohort-based d.MBA Only)
The Cohort-based d.MBA program fosters a respectful, constructive, and supportive learning environment. By enrolling, you agree to abide by our community guidelines, which are published on the platform used to host the Academy.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program—without refund—if they are found to be in violation of these guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or actions that negatively impact the experience of other participants or mentors.
The decision to expel a participant is made at the sole discretion of the d.MBA team and is final.
Graduation Policy
Cohort-based d.MBA program
To be eligible for graduation and to receive the official d.MBA certificate, participants must fulfill the following three requirements:
Complete 100% of the curriculum by watching all lessons and videos on the d.MBA learning platform.
Submit a Graduation piece.
Participate in five Practice Sessions, each covering one of the following core topics:
Business Strategy
Business Models
Business Empathy
Design & Business Metrics
Prototyping with Numbers
If a participant is unable to attend a live Practice Session due to scheduling conflicts, they may watch the session recording and submit the corresponding exercise/form to the d.MBA team. This submission will count toward the five required topics.
Once all requirements are met, the participant becomes eligible for graduation and will receive their d.MBA certificate from the d.MBA team.
Self-Paced d.MBA program
Graduation from the self-paced version of d.MBA requires full completion of all course content. Once 100% of the videos and materials have been viewed, participants may email the team at support@d.mba to request their certificate.
Please note: Certificates are only issued upon completion of the full program as described above and are subject to internal verification by the d.MBA team.
Dispute Resolution
We believe that open communication and dialogue can resolve most disagreements. If you have a concern, we encourage you to reach out to us at support@d.mba so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If we are unable to reach a mutual resolution, you agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively governed by Slovenian law and resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia.
